Lilly Scourtis
Lilly Scourtis is a Greek-American Los Angeles native. Her first feature film, Last Fast Ride - the Life, Love and Death of a Punk Goddess, a documentary about San Francisco underground punk singer Marian Anderson — a teen runaway who struggled with mental illness and addiction, premiered at Slamdance Film Festival, aired on PBS, and is currently streaming on Amazon. Lilly is drawn to dark material (horror, thrillers, mystery, subcultures) featuring female protagonists, as well as the exploration of archetypes, myth and folklore in storytelling. Lilly is a member of Film Fatales and Film Independent. She lives somewhere on the desolate edges of Los Angeles county with her husband and two sons.
